2021 Raven's Rock Cabernet Sauvignon

Rod and Cathy Park knew there was something special in the land when they planted their Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard in 1992. A small block planted along a large pile of rocks grew some of the best Cabernet Sauvignon on the ranch. The largest rock is a host to the local ravens, who use the rock to break open the various nuts from trees on the ranch and to rest in the sun. Ken and Diane immediately knew that to call this block when they saw it. This estate vineyard is sustainably dry farmed, resulting in low yields and concentrated flavors.
